Vacuum-Packed Curry Noodles With Seasoning Packets For Easy Cooking

Mygou (Nanyang) food Ltd.Co. is a newly established food production enterprise led by the professional food research and development team, located in Xixia County, Nanyang City, Henan Province, China.

Traditional Southeast Asian cuisine, classic Malaysian taste, vacuum-packed curry noodles, seasoning packets in, and easy-to-cook ready-to-eat type food.

Ingredients:

150g potatoes, 100g beef, 1/2 onion, 3 tbsp salad oil, 3 tbsp coconut milk, 30g garlic, 40g shallots, 4 stalks lemongrass, some cooked noodles, some amount of water 500㏄

Step:

1. Rinse and chop the beef into small pieces, blanch for a short time to remove the blood, rinse and drain, and set aside.
2. Peel potatoes and cut into hob blocks; slice onions and set aside.
3. Peel the outer skin of lemongrass, slice 1/3 of the root, mix with garlic kernels and shallots in a food processor, and blend into a puree.
4. Heat the pan, pour in the salad oil, add the spice puree from step 3 and Nanyang meat curry powder, and fry over low heat until fragrant.
5. Add the prepared beef, and continue to fry for 3 minutes, add water, turn to medium heat and bring to a boil, then add the potato cubes from method 2, turn to low heat, and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
6. Finally, add salt and caster sugar to taste and cook for 5 minutes, then add the onion slices and coconut milk from method 2 and cook for 3 minutes. Drizzle on the surface when serving.
