Materials:
Bean skin, oil, chili powder, millet hot sauce, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce.
Production steps:
1. Marinate the tofu skin with salt and cook wine for a while.
2. Blanch the bean skins in boiling water, remove the oil from the pan, fry the bean skins until golden brown, and remove.
3. First fry the oil pan with minced ginger, then pour in the millet hot sauce, chili powder, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, and sugar and fry until fragrant, add soy sauce and a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.
4. Put in the bean skin, simmer until it tastes good, and take it out of the pot. Add salt and cook wine for a while.
5. Slice the finished product and eat it.
