Classic ingredients:
Millet Micheng: commonly known as Shuzi. Sunflower seeds are harvested in bunches (like cat tails), threshed and shelled, steamed, sun-dried, and whitened (in the past, wood slats were used for heavy whitening). The processing process is the same as that of dried rice. It is the top quality to welcome distinguished guests. Chew carefully, the mouth is full of fragrance, and the aftertaste is endless.
Pumi Rice: Ordinary rice is soaked in water, put into a large pot, boiled, dried in the sun, shelled, and fried into fat rice. The processing procedure is the same as above.
